The news: Bloomberg Media introduced a Weekend Edition to retain more of its 740,000 paying subscribers and increase readership during weekends.

  • The Weekend Edition includes a dedicated section on the website, two new newsletters, and a narrated audio playlist available through the Bloomberg app and Apple Podcasts.
  • According to Bloomberg, this expansion aims to reach 1 million subscribers by mid-2025; it currently has 740,000, up from 590,000 this past July.
