Nearly half of workers have tried AI on the job

Key stat: 45% of US employees used AI at work at least a few times a year in Q3 2025, more than double the 21% who said the same in Q2 2023, according to a December report from Gallup.

Methodology: Data is from the December 2025 Gallup report titled "AI Use at Work Rises." 23,068 US adults working full-time or part-time for organizations were surveyed during August 5-19, 2025. All respondents were members of the Gallup Panel, selected through probability-based, random sampling. The sample was weighted to match national demographics for gender, age, race, Hispanic ethnicity, education, and region based on the most recent Current Population Survey.
