The news: Reddit posted $427.7 million in Q4 revenue, a 71% year-over-year increase, marking its second consecutive GAAP-profitable quarter. Full-year revenue climbed 62% YoY to $1.3 billion, fueled by advertising growth and international expansion.

Despite these strong financials, Reddit’s stock dropped nearly 14% after hours, as Daily Active Uniques (DAUq) came in below analyst projections.

By the numbers:

  • DAUq: 101.7M, up 39% YoY, but short of the 103 million estimate.
