The news: For its fourth-gen smart ring, Oura is promoting a longer battery life and advanced activity and biometric tracking. The ring started shipping Tuesday.

  • The Oura Ring 4 is a bit lighter but no slimmer than its predecessor, though its selection of sizes has expanded.
  • The smart ring’s price ranges from $349 to $499, depending on finish, compared to between $299 and $549 for the Oura Ring 3. Both models add on a $5.99 monthly subscription.
