The results: According to the Keynova report, U.S. Bank performed well across several areas—which our research also confirms.

Virtual assistant capabilities: While some banks offer proactive features such as eBill reminders (35%) and tracking recurring transactions (17%), only 12% provide predictive low balance or overdraft notifications. U.S. Bank ranked the highest in the proactive alerts category, with a virtual assistant that also lets customers transfer money.
