Additional Note: In an "end-to-end agentic commerce" scenario, AI agents execute the full purchase journey—from need detection and product selection to payment, fulfillment, and post-purchase service—reducing friction and increasing replenishment-driven ecommerce spend. Unlike the baseline, where purchasing remains user-directed and autonomy is constrained by trust and standards, this scenario assumes those barriers ease, driving the largest uplift in high-frequency, low-involvement categories such as food & beverage and household & personal consumables.
